Mr. Apochi joined the services of ValuCard Nigeria Limited in 2005. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director/CEO, he worked at various times in different capacities including Executive Director, Group Head Corporate Services, General Counsel and Company Secretary. As Executive Director, he had the responsibility of directly driving the strategy and growth initiatives of ValuCard. He worked previously with Union Bank of Nigeria Limited and FSB International Bank Limited (now Fidelity Bank Limited) and served on the Board of ValuCard as Alternate Director. Mr. Apochi is an alumnus of the University of Jos, Lagos Business School and Bank Card Business School in Cambridge with several academic honors and awards including University Prize for Best Graduating Student. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992 after his subsequent qualification as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is also a Chartered Mediator & Conciliator. He was appointed Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer in September 2011.

 

 

Babatunde joined the services of ValuCard Nigeria Limited in June 2010. Prior to his appointment as Group Head, Operations, he worked in different Financial Institutions including UBA Group as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the group with branches in 17 African Countries An accomplished, result-oriented backend operation and Information Technology expert with a rich experience in Operations, Technology Infrastructure management, Information Security, Project Management, Service Delivery and Banking Application transformation. Early background in the Full Suites operations of an investment/retail bank, with various responsibilities in transaction services, Customer services, Group shared services and treasury operations provides him with a unique in-depth understanding of customer/end-user requirements and expectations An alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University (B.Sc.), University of Lagos (MBA), certified engineer by the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Babatunde is also a Member of the American Society for Industrial Security, Nigeria Computer Society and International Facility Management Association

 

 

Mr Festus E. Ikediasor is the Group Head, Finance and Accounts. He is an Accounting (B.Sc. & M. Sc.) graduate of the University of Lagos and Certified Information systems Auditor (CISA). He was admitted as an Associate (ACA) member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in January 1991 and he is currently a Fellow of the Institute. He has held various positions in Finance, Accounting and Auditing including Finance Manager with Nigeria Tobacco Company Limited (BAT) and Accountant with Elf oil Nigeria Limited. Festus is an alumnus of the famous Lagos Business School where he concluded an Advanced Management Programme in 2010. He joined ValuCard in May 2001.

 

 

Ochanya Regina Dan-Ugo currently heads the Enterprise Risk Management Group of ValuCard Nigeria Limited. A Visa International trained manager in Risk Management. She has attended several trainings on payment card including the Card Fraud Awareness training by Visa, American Bankers Association, School of Bank Card Management, Emory University, Atlanta USA. Prior to this period, Ochanya was a Chief Superintendent of Narcotics and a Principal Staff Officer, Records Management (Intelligence), National Drug Law Enforcement Agency. A place she worked for fourteen years where she gathered her investigation and Intelligence experiences. She is a Certified Protection Officer (CPO), a certification awarded by the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO) and undergoing her certification process for Certified Protection Professional (CPP) by American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), the highest certification in security profession. Ochanya holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Jos; a Post Graduate Degree in Humanitarian and Refugee Law from the University of Lagos; and a certificate in Bank Card management (American Bankers Association School of Bank Card Management). She joined the services of ValuCard in November, 2005.

 

 

Mr. Felix A. Edionwe currently heads Corporate Services Group of the Company. He attended the Universities of Benin and Lagos where he bagged a B.Sc. degree in Sociology and an M.Sc. degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations respectively. He was admitted as Associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management in 2003 and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management in 2004. He started his career as a Management Consultant and later worked with Beta Glass Limited, Agbara as Deputy Head, HR/Admin Department and the Leventis Group, Beta Crown, Ijebu- Ode as Plant Human Resource Manager before joining ValuCard in April 2000. Felix is an alumnus of the famous Lagos Business School where he concluded a Senior Management Programme in 2010.

 

 

Vivian graduated from the Enugu State University of Science & Technology with a B.Eng. in Computer Science and Engineering. She also holds an MBA in Marketing from ESUT Business School. Vivian joined ValuCard, then Smartcard Nigeria Limited, in 1999 as a customer support officer. She subsequently rose to become the Head of Customer Support from where she was moved to Marketing in May 2006 to act as the Head of Merchant Services. Today she heads the Acquiring Services Team.
