Mr. Onasanya is the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of First bank of Nigeria Plc and representative of First Bank on the Board of ValuCard Nigeria Limited. Mr. Onasanya has over 23 years post qualification experience and until his appointment as GMD/CEO was Executive Director, Banking Operations & Services. Prior to joining the Board of First Bank he was the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited; a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria Plc. Bisi started his banking career as Senior Accountant with Wema Bank in 1985. He joined First Bank in 1994 as a Senior Manager and held several positions. He was Deputy General Manager and Group Head, Finance and Performance Management Department, as well as Coordinator, Century 2 Enterprise Transformation Project, before his appointment as MD/CEO of First Pension Custodian in 2005. He holds an HND Upper Credit in Accountancy from Lagos State College of Science & Technology and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Taxation. He is also a Director of FBN Bank (UK) Limited and FBN Insurance Brokers Limited.
Mr. Ihejiahi is the Managing Director & Chief Executive officer of Fidelity Bank Plc and the representative of Fidelity Bank on the Board of ValuCard Nigeria Limited. He holds a B.Sc in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and M.Sc. Finance, from the London School of Economics & Political Science, University of London. He is a Fellow (FCCA) of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK. He has varied working experience in different aspects of banking, from Commercial to Credit Risk, Operations and Information Technology. Reginald has also served on the boards of many financial services companies and he is the Chairman of the board of FSL Group – a subsidiary of Fidelity Bank Plc.
Mr Aig-Imoukhuede is the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Access Bank Plc and a representative of the Bank on the Board of ValuCard Nigeria Limited. His banking career spans over 2 decades. He spent over 10 years at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc (GT Bank) and resigned in 2002 to lead a dynamic team of accomplished bankers as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Access Bank Plc with the mandate to transform the bank into a world-class financial services provider. Aigboje's visionary leadership has inspired Access Bank's rapid and unprecedented growth over the past 8 years which has seen the Bank rank amongst the top 5 banks, by tier 1 capital in Nigeria from an erstwhile position of 69th in 2002. In October 2007, Aigboje was ranked amongst the top 10 Most Respected CEOs in the annual PricewaterhouseCoopers Most Respected Companies and CEO Survey, a documented testament of his leadership expertise. Aigboje has served the nation in different capacities where his contributions and insights have facilitated achievement of set goals. This includes his membership of the Presidential Committees on affordable housing; the Presidential Committee on Capital Market Development, and the Financial Sector Technical Committee on Vision 2020. He was awarded the National Productivity Order of merit Award (2009) in recognition of his contributions to the development of the Nigerian economy. Aigboje is an Alumnus of Harvard Business School Executive Management Programme. He holds an LLB and BL degrees from the University of Benin and the Nigeria Law School respectively. He is a Fellow of the African Leadership Institute under the auspices of Aspen Institute, Colorado USA. Aigboje is also an Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN). Aigboje serves on the sub-committee of the Bankers Committee on Professional Ethics. He is a principled professional of proven integrity and a respected public speaker.
Mr. Gerald Hawkins -Director Mr. Hawkins represents Visa International Service Association on the Board of ValuCard Nigeria Limited.
Mr. Apochi joined the services of ValuCard Nigeria Limited in 2005. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director/CEO, he worked at various times in different capacities including Executive Director, Group Head Corporate Services, General Counsel and Company Secretary. As Executive Director, he had the responsibility of directly driving the strategy and growth initiatives of ValuCard. He worked previously with Union Bank of Nigeria Plc and FSB International Bank Plc (now Fidelity Bank Plc) and served on the Board of ValuCard as Alternate Director. Mr. Apochi is an alumnus of the University of Jos, Lagos Business School and Bank Card Business School in Cambridge with several academic honors and awards including University Prize for Best Graduating Student. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992 after his subsequent qualification as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is also a Chartered Mediator & Conciliator. He was appointed Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer in September 2011.
